Our Story
Over a decade ago Ron and Justin Merriman were sitting around on a warm fall day drinking beer they had made at home. We sat and talked about how our beer was just as good if not better than what was available commercially. We dreamed of opening our own brewery and serving our special brews to the public. Over the years this conversation happened many times. In the summer of 2021, we sat and had a more serious conversation. Just a few short months later in November 2021 we opened our doors on Camden st. in San Antonio.
